My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very clean and spacious, accommodating three adults comfortably. The hotel's location right in front of the ladies' gates of the Masjid a Nawabi was incredibly convenient. However, the connecting fire exit door was not well soundproofed, affecting the room's noise isolation.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, ideal for accommodating multiple adults. While the rooms lack soundproofing between connecting doors, with the addition of extra beds, the comfort level can easily cater to a small group. The service is efficient with staff willing to assist in date changes and room preferences. The prime location near Masjid Nabawi makes it especially convenient for families and individuals looking for easy access to the holy site. The dining experience, although decent in variety, could benefit from improvement in some areas.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, though dated and cramped for three people, were thankfully serviced well, which was a huge help for my mother. On the downside, the chamber maids were impolite, but Mr Hany Shukri from room service stood out with his excellent and helpful service.
